Information you provide

We use account names, email addresses, password hashes, playlist ownership evidence, public Spotify links, genre and language preferences, production disclosures, submissions, and feedback to operate the platform. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable text.

Why we use it

We use account information to authenticate you, support your account, deliver service emails, and process curator applications. Submission details are shared with the selected curator. Playlist profile information becomes public only after operator approval. Ownership evidence is used for operator review.

Service providers

The platform may use hosting, database, transactional email, Spotify embed, and payment providers to deliver the service. When enabled, payments and payout identity checks are handled by the payment provider. We do not ask you to enter full card information into our own forms.

Cookies and external embeds

Session cookies keep you signed in. Spotify players are external embeds and can receive technical data when loaded. Following an external link or using a provider’s checkout is subject to that provider’s policies.

Retention and account requests

We retain records needed to provide account and submission history, resolve payment and abuse issues, and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact page. Certain transaction or abuse-prevention records may need to be retained after an account closes.

Your choices

You choose which playlists receive your submissions and whether to disclose additional information in your pitch. Avoid including private information you do not want the receiving curator to see. Marketing communications, when offered, are separate from necessary service messages.
