A little clarity goes a long way.
How submissions, curator decisions, and founding access work.
How do rollover and purchased credits work?
At renewal, 25% of unused credits from your current monthly allowance rolls over once, rounded down to whole credits. Those rollover credits last for the next billing cycle and do not roll over again. Separately purchased credit packs never expire. When a refund is due after its original credit has expired, a 72-hour recovery credit preserves your chance to resubmit.
What am I paying for?
Submission credits give you access to a curator’s independent review process. You are never buying a placement, streams, followers, or a favorable decision. One submission uses one credit.
What if the curator does not respond?
Curators have 72 hours to review a submission. If a submission expires without review, the credit returns to the artist’s account. You may also withdraw a pending submission before review.
Is AI-assisted music welcome?
Yes, when a curator’s policy allows it. Every track declares its production method, and every playlist chooses its acceptance policy. Human-made, AI-assisted, and AI-generated are separate choices; you can filter the directory before submitting.
Which Christian genres can I submit?
Explore the full genre directory: worship, gospel, Christian hip-hop, rock, metal, electronic, folk, country, jazz, classical, regional scenes, and more. Choose multiple specific styles and add an emerging genre if it is missing. Language and production method are separate.
Does approval guarantee my song is on a playlist?
An approval records the curator’s editorial decision. A curator can also provide a playlist link as a reported placement. A reported placement is not independently verified, and no placement duration or listening outcome is guaranteed.
How do curator applications work?
Create an account or add a curator workspace to your existing account, then add a playlist you manage and provide ownership evidence. An operator reviews the application before the playlist becomes discoverable. Approved curators control genre preferences, AI policy, queue capacity, and whether submissions are open.
What is the founding curator offer?
Redeem FOUNDING2026 by November 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central for your first year of founding curator access, including premium tools. Basic curator signup is free. The founding year does not automatically renew into a paid plan without separate consent.
Can I submit unreleased music?
The current submission flow requires a public Spotify track link. Make sure you represent the artist and have permission to submit the exact recording.
